Why Do We Need Juicer Detox Recipes?

Our bodies are bombarded with toxins all day long and while we do have natural systems that remove it from our body, as we age they don’t work as efficiently.  Modern industrialization is adding more and more pollution, and therefore toxins, to our world and our systems which were once sufficient can no longer handle the amount of toxins we are exposed to.

One way to flush out these toxins is to juicing.  Now I don’t mean from drinking juices that you buy in the store because these are processed and sometimes have additives (toxins) and they are also stripped of their enzymes as well as some of the nutrients so when I talk about juicing, I’m talking to juicing your own fresh fruits and vegetables.

Juicing is great for your body because it extracts all the enzymes, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients from the fiber of the fruit or vegetable.  Then when you drink the juice, your body doesn’t have to do any of the work of extracting these nutrients and they can literally be absorbed straight into the body.

Favorite Juicer Detox Recipes:

Carrot Apple Jiuice:

3 apples
3 carrots

Juice them together and enjoy!

Pineapple Celery Juice

This juice mixes the great flavors of sweet and salty for an exotic taste.

½ pineapple
3 stalks of celery - leaves included.

Juice them together in the machine and mix well.

But you don’t have to stick to these juicer detox recipes to enjoy the great effects of juicing.  Simply combine your own mixture of fruits and vegetables and make your own favorite drink.  Your taste buds and your whole body will thank you!
